FRAUD! Police Arrests Two UNICAL Students For Defrauding Army Recruitment Applicants


Two  Public Administration students of the University of Calabar have been detained by the Cross River State Police Command for defrauding applicants through fake army recruitment.
The suspects, according to the state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hafiz Inuwa, were arrested on October 22, 2007, by operatives of the command.
the suspects have been impersonating military officers on their Facebook pages which they used in defrauding their clients, said the commissioner.
Inuwa added that the suspects defrauded one Reuben Bartholomew a whopping sum of N400, 000, disclosed that they would be charged to court after investigation has been concluded.
